The Activities Clubhouse is a private, year-round member amenity offering activities for all ages. Indoor amenities include a lap pool, whirlpool, current pool, waterslide, family changing rooms, gym, lounge with TV and Wi-Fi, and a dry pool viewing area.

Seasonal outdoor amenities include tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoe pits, and a playground.

Guest passes can be completed by calling the Clubhouse or by using the form below. Guests and members who do not use the pool, locker rooms, or gym are not charged for entry.

To rent an amenity building, including the Living Room, call the Clubhouse at 231-585-6320 for pricing and availability.

Facility Rental Information

The Clubhouse living room is available with a $50 deposit, which will be refunded if the space is left clean and undamaged. If not, the deposit may be forfeited and a cleaning fee may apply.

The Lake Harold Pavilion may be rented for $100, with a $100 deposit that will be refunded if the area is left clean and undamaged. *Parking passes apply for pavilion rentals.

To reserve a space or ask questions, please call the Clubhouse directly at 231-585-6320. Rentals cannot be made online or through the AMO office.

All renters must be members in good standing.

Pool & Hot Tub Rules

• Shower before entering the pool or hot tub. Employees are authorized to monitor and enforce this requirement for health and safety.

• Children under age 5 are not permitted in the hot tub. No exceptions.

• Water slide: One person at a time, seated only, and no head-first sliding. Head-first sliding can cause serious head or neck injury.

• Minors under age 16 must be supervised at all times. A parent or guardian must be present in the pool area and actively watching. Adults are responsible for ensuring minors follow the rules, behave safely, and respect other guests.

• No food or glass containers. Covered drinks are permitted.

• No street shoes.

• No running.

• No diving.

• No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.

• Pool use must be suspended when lightning is reported within 11 miles of the clubhouse.

Please use the shower for its intended purpose only. The toilet is available for all other needs. Thank you for helping keep our facilities clean and respectful for everyone.

Enforcement & Membership Requirements

• Clubhouse staff may ask anyone to leave for failure to follow the rules.

• Failure to follow pool rules may result in suspension of pool and clubhouse privileges for the member and/or sponsoring host.

• You or your sponsoring member must be a member in good standing to use the clubhouse and pool.

Guest Sponsorship

• Members may sponsor guests by contacting the clubhouse at 231-585-6320.

• A Child Dependent must be under age 21 and reside in the same household as the parent(s) listed on the membership account. Proof of age and residency is required.

• Anyone who does not meet these requirements is considered a Guest and guest rates apply.

• Members are fully responsible for their guests. If a guest violates the rules or is asked to leave, the sponsoring member may face a 30-day suspension.

• Guests are limited to a maximum of 10 people.
